Please read carefully the following conditions. The booking conditions are practical things that it is sensible to point out to the holiday maker to protect you and Maison Perigord. About Maison Perigord: While every endeavour is made for the highest standard and your enjoyment everybody does have different expectations. Which is why I want to emphasise that Maison Perigord is a characterful home and not a five star hotel. Complaints: Obviously the main thing is for you to enjoy your holiday so in the event of any complaint, this should be bought to our attention immediately. Requests for compensation will not be considered after the holiday has ended. Any complaint will be investigated and rectified as soon as possible after notification. Liability: Every effort is made to ensure the amenities are as advertised, however, no liability will fall upon the owner/representative should restrictions be applied in the event of flood, drought affecting the private water supply, power cuts,or any other occurrence outside their control. The swimming pool is not attended by a life guard. Children under 16 and poor swimmers should be supervised at all times and all persons using the pool should follow reasonable precautions – no running, diving etc. Hirer’s Obligations: To be responsible for Maison Perigord and to take reasonable care of it, to keep it clean and tidy and to replace any breakages or damage caused. To permit the owner or representative to enter the property at any reasonable time, to carry out any repairs deemed necessary to the property or equipment. That on no account are the number of persons to alter from the booking form which was signed by the hirer, without the owners consent prior to arrival. Insurance: You may care to take your own insurance out against the possibility of having to cancel your holiday. WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURY OR LOSS ON THE PREMISES.
