Top Floor There are three bedrooms. The Master bedroom is ensuite with a romantic sleigh bed and exceptional views across the valley. Opposite this, across the landing, there are two cool blue twin rooms. One of these faces east and enjoys the morning sun as well as the views across the valley while the other faces west with evening sun and looks out across the courtyard. There is also a family bathroom on this floor. Ground Floor The front door leads to generous entrance hall. From here there is a well-proportioned and cool reception room on one side with a writing table and television for anyone seeking a quiet place to read or write in the shade. Windows on either side allow for a cool breeze. Across the hall there is a games room with a table tennis table and lovely views across the valley. Garden Floor The downstairs double bedroom is furnished with a lit-bateau bed and has French windows leading out onto the garden / pool terrace. It has its own shower room with mural paintings although this is often used by everyone after swimming. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and includes dining area with doors leading to the garden / pool terrace. The house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and a gas oven. Terracotta tiles and thick walls keep the house cool inside. There is a barbeque in the garden with a table and chairs for dining alfresco. |
